For airport Transfers

Your driver will be waiting at Gate 6 inside the airport. The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. We actively monitor your flight number to ensure a smooth transfer experience and to help reduce any stress or delays. Either your driver or our dispatch team will contact you via WhatsApp upon your arrival. If you require assistance, you can also reach our office at +230-5790-3040.

If you require additional waiting time, please inform us in advance. Additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of 1 Euro per minute beyond the initial 60 minutes.

Please note: after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact you (the passenger), if we are unable to reach you, the service will be considered as provided, and you will be fully charged for the booking.

Driver will hold a sign your name on it.

For non-airport transfer.

The driver will wait no less than 30 minutes based on the address that was provided and the parking layout.

If you book an Airport Transfer, Tour, Local Transfer, Driver for Activities, or tours. You may request changes to certain booking details, including the pickup or drop-off address, pickup time, vehicle capacity, flight number, or vehicle class (please note that changes to vehicle class may affect the price). Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to decline changes to booking details once the booking has been confirmed.

When you book an Airport Transfer, Tour, Local Transfer, or Driver for Activities through our website, you may request changes to the following booking details:

• Pickup or drop-off address

• Pickup time

• Vehicle capacity (number of passengers and/or luggage)

• Flight number (for Airport Transfers)

• Vehicle class (please note that changes to vehicle class may affect the final price)

Change & Cancellation Policy:
All changes or cancellations must be requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your booking.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be accommodated and may result in additional charges or a full charge for the original booking. We reserve the right to decline any change requests once the booking has been confirmed.

Important Payment Terms:
We do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be completed and paid in full through our official website. Any separate arrangements made directly with a driver (including cash payments) are at your own risk and are not the responsibility of our company.

Liability Disclaimer:
If, for any reason, a driver you arranged privately (outside of your official website booking) fails to arrive or provide the service, you must contact the driver directly. We are not liable for any agreements, payments, or arrangements made independently between you and the driver that fall outside of our official booking system.

Refund Policy:
If you are eligible for a refund under our policy, it will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

63 cm height 36 cm width 21 cm depth. This guarantees all suitcases will fit. Anything larger, we can not gaurentee it will fit in the vehcile class that you choose. If that is the case, we can send you another that will fit all of your luggage, however a you will need to pay the difference and additionl service charge

Child Seat/Booster

If you require a child seat, you must request it at the time of booking when selecting your Tour, Activity, or Airport Transfer vehicle class. If you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time, we cannot guarantee that a child seat will be available.

If you request a child seat less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, an additional charge of 10 Euros will apply on top of the listed price.
