Booking Changes, Payments & Liability Policy
If you book an Airport Transfer, Tour, Local Transfer, or Driver for Activities through our website, you may request changes to certain booking details, including:
Pickup or drop-off address
Pickup time
Vehicle capacity (number of passengers and/or luggage)
Flight number (for Airport Transfers)
Vehicle class (please note that changes to vehicle class may affect the price)
Any changes or cancellations must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booking. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be accommodated and may result in additional charges or a full charge for the original booking. We reserve the right to decline change requests once the booking has been confirmed.
Important Payment Terms: We do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be completed and paid for in full through our website. Any separate arrangements made directly between you and the driver, including cash payments, are done at your own risk and are not the responsibility of our company.
Liability Disclaimer: If, for any reason, a driver you have arranged directly (outside of our website booking) does not arrive or provide the service, you must contact the driver directly. We are not liable for any agreements, payments, or arrangements made privately with the driver that fall outside of our official booking system.
Providing Accurate Booking Information at Checkout
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate booking details during the checkout process. Without the correct information, we cannot guarantee on-time pickup or a seamless 5-star experience. Missing or incorrect details make it difficult for us to deliver high-quality service — in such cases, you will still be required to pay the full booking amount.
To successfully process and fulfill your booking, we must receive the following details:
Date and time of your transfer
Pick-up address and drop-off address (including building number)
Working phone number (we strongly recommend providing a number connected to WhatsApp)
Email address
Flight number (for airport transfers)
Full name
Number of passengers
Number of luggage items
If the required booking information is incomplete or incorrect at the time of checkout, we cannot guarantee service fulfillment, and no refund will be granted under these circumstances.
If you are eligible for a refund under our policy, it will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
