What you need to know
✅ Free Cancellations – Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the tour. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
💳 Payment – Online only via our website or by contacting our office. No cash payments accepted under any circumstances.
💰 Pricing – The quoted price covers transportation only. Entrance fees, meals, and activities are not included in the package.
👶 Child Seats – €10 each. Child’s age must be provided at the time of booking. If you request a child seat less than 24 hours before the transfer or tour, the price will be 20 Euros
✈️ Airport Drop-off – Available on request; extra charges apply.
🗺️ Itinerary Changes – May incur additional charges. Any changes must be approved by the office before proceeding.
⏳ Tour Duration – Time starts at pickup. Extra time charged at €20 per additional hour. Extra hours depend on driver availability and are not guaranteed.
🍽️ Lunch – Customers choose their restaurant. Please check prices beforehand — we are not responsible for restaurant costs.
🧼 Cleaning Fee – €200 minimum for excessive mess (e.g., vomiting, sand, spills, stains). Additional charges apply for specialized cleaning or repairs. Guests are fully liable for any damage or cleaning costs beyond this amount.
🚫 No Eating, Drinking, or Smoking – Medical exceptions apply; otherwise, strictly prohibited.
🌧️ Weather Cancellations – Refunds provided if rescheduling isn’t possible. No service during Class 3+ cyclones for safety reasons.
📅 Booking Policy – All bookings must be made through our website or office. Direct bookings with drivers are not allowed and will result in automatic cancellation without notice.
